Brandon Gross
Brandon is a licensed California real estate agent. Having grown up in a real estate family, he has the business running through his veins. Barry, Brandon’s father (and GG Coastal Living head), is a commercial developer who put Brandon to work at an early age. Brandon learned by apprenticing in commercial real estate management, which ultimately led Brandon to invest in buying and renovating his first property in Del Rey.
Brandon was raised in Malibu and graduated from Brown University. When not working tirelessly for his clients, he is a part-time Master’s of Counseling Psychology student earning his Marriage and Family Therapy license and volunteers at a low cost community mental health clinic in Los Angeles. You can also find him surfing at the Venice pier and leading the monthly GG Coastal beach community cleanup.
Joanna Grier
Joanna is passionate about design and spatial planning. She honed her skills while studying color theory and sketching at FIDM. She began assisting prominent interior designers specializing in multi-million dollar homes in the famed Hidden Hills and locations abroad, such as Cabo San Lucas. She then designed and decorated high-end residential projects in Los Angeles & New York. For the past five years, Joanna has been responsible for designing and renovating upscale apartment complexes in West Hollywood and Hollywood.
Her work includes selecting materials and finishes to collaborating with architects and builders to design furniture & living spaces. She manages and oversees entire projects from start to completion. Her extensive rolodex of craftspeople and contractors allows her to bring projects within budget, while highlighting her signature “high-low” aesthetic. Scale of a job is not what excites her, but more the challenge of creating a warm and inviting space that speaks to the client’s vision, and helping make a space, a home, regardless of size.

Monkey
Monkey is part myth, man, chihuahua, possibly Rhodesian ridgeback, fox, and entirely a legend. Rescued from the loading dock of a denim dye house in Downtown LA over 7 years ago, he has since made the Marina Peninsula his stomping grounds. Prior to rescue, he sustained a life threatening injury, however, his resilience forced him to learn how to be creative in how he ahem, relieves himself. This survival tactic epitomizes his ability to take an apparent weakness, and make it a strength. You can find him during the very early morning hours, exploring the edge of the beach, out of citation writers reach.
